Run run run away from this company!!!!!.....I only went with them because they were recommended by a "friend of a friend of a friend". Slick slick advertising, and lots of promises, but you soon find out that they're "making it up" as they go along and truly have no working knowledge of how the credit bureaus operate. Many a time I would call the rep and he would promise to "take a look" at my account and get back to me...never got answers on most of my inquiries and he got mad when I tried to hold him accountable on the misinformation he fed me. They constantly flooded my email inbox with requests to sign my friends up for their service. My credit is now worse and months later, I am still writing letters and making phone calls, slowly taking care of the things that RMCN has no knowledge of handling. I have one paid account that the rep specifically promised to get removed but guess what, it's still there. Guess they enjoy ripping off single mothers and laughing all the way to the bank.
