How high can my credit score climb if I have only credit cards in my credit history?
March 8th, 2010My current credit score is 745 and I've built it solely by using credit cards and paying on time (but never had any loans). Somebody told me that the abscence of installement-paid loan will prevent my score from climbing much higher. Is it true? Should I take some consumer loan to boost my credit score since I am planning to apply for a mortgage in the near future?

I've been looking into credit repair service on line and wondering if they can actually help. All of the items on my reports are actually MINE and I did actually owe them, but they are all FINALLY paid off. Is there any hope to get them removed quickly?

February 18th, 2010I forgot that the account I set up to autopay my student loans ran dry (I was supposed to put more money into at after January, but I left the country and forgot).

Access Group does not accept credit cards through its normal webpay system. And I'm overseas, and there is no way in hell I'm giving them my local bank info for my new debit account.

February 2nd, 2010I want to buy a house and my credit is horrible. I know I can fix my credit myself, but I am so frustrated and drained from trying. I am thinking about hiring a credit repair company to help me, but when I look for reviews they are all linked to the companys actual website and I want honest user reviews instead of company propoganda. Has anyone used a credit repair service and how did it work for you? Did it raise your credit score enough to justify the fees they charge?
